Being a verified customer is a simple process. All you need to do is create a user account upon purchase of any coin or memorabilia on our site.

Online orders require that you go through a simple process to create a user account, but call-in orders do not require this information. The process is simple and only requires an email address. Creating this account does not mean that you will also begin receiving emails with special offers and featured products. That is a list that is kept separately and you must voluntarily opt-in to receive those. You can sign up here.

CollectorsAlliance accepts major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Checks/Money Orders and Bank Wires. We offer a 2.95% discount for Check/Money Orders and Wire Transfers. We do not accept traveler’s checks, credit card advanced checks or any kind of digital currency.

Domestic orders of $99 and above will receive free shipping through our shipping method of choice, which may include USPS or UPS. Our decision is based on several factors including weight, value and geographical location.

Our inventory comes from a variety of different sources, so our ability to stock certain items is dependent on both market conditions as well as the status of our sources. We do however have a handy resource called “Notify Me” that allows you to put your email address down and then if the item does come back in stock you will be notified.

Appropriate sales tax is charged for all orders shipped according to the rules of each state, county, and city.
